Question for the Cool-munity

It's about Audacity but it's just about the noise reduction tool...
Is that the best noise reduction software because i compared it to Adobe Audition and it looks like they are almost the same...
Is there any other Noise Reduction software out there that's free or trial that can be made portable or whatever...?
