First of all, it's pathetic.
Second of all, the voice is most pathetic (and annoying)
Third of all, it's over here.
Pathetic isn't it?
Oh and MrElchBlau, r-andom, and I were thinking about some other ideas, namely having every member of PA.com film their hand plugging their flash drive in. I found some nice music too, Prophecy, which is by the same person that wrote SuperTux (hint hint Ryan).

How do you become a moderator?

Sorry about asking so many questions but I just love this site.

I'm not looking to be a moderator but I am curious how all you guys became moderators.

I know John T. Haller created the site so of course he would be a moderator.

So how did all the other people like Marko Moeller, Patrick Patience, Ryan McCue, Steve Lamerton, and Tim Clark become one of the moderators?

Thanks.

Digital Signatures on PAs and time zones

The time stamp of the digital signature on my copy of NotePad++P is:

Friday, July 25, 2008 4:46:57 PM

Does that mean that John signed it on that date and time in N.Y?
or has the time been interpreted by my system clock and was at that time here in Chicago.

Put another way,
Are the time stamps of digital signature read as local time, or of the originator.

Thanks in Advance
Tim

Share tips/tricks related to customizing/hardening/bettering Windows. This includes, but is not limited to registry hacks, system file hacks (e.g. various files used by msconfig, service configuration tips, and 3rd party software (e.g. alternative shells).

Registry hacks (or "changes" if you prefer) should be in the following format:
