After "auditioning" several monitors (and having to change resolutions dozens of times), my Win XP desktop icon layout keeps shifting to the left ("grid" arrangement"). I have a utility that will save and restore the desktop icon layout, but I would prefer not to have to use this proggy EVERY SINGLE TIME I boot up, in order to look at my icons arranged the way I WANT them to be (No, I do NOT have my desktop setup as "web desktop", since I have no icons that are tied to the web).

So the question is this:

i need someone to give me a solution here. i build websites with just notepad++ but if i were to build a site for someone who's not code-savy, what would be a good way to set it up so they can just edit the text without having to go through all my code. i'm sure there's got to be something out there for this situation (no i wouldn't want to set up a wysiwyg for them because that would mess up my nice clean code). i was thinking something that just put the paragraphs in text boxes or something. ideas?

If I understood correctly, FreeBASIC is able to compile DLLs right? My needs are pretty specific. I want to create a shell context menu extension that will send a list of files and folders to an application. I want to get away from SendTo because of the path length limitation. The main app is written in AutoIt, so I need a way to retrieve the data as well. I think if the DLL can send the WM_DROPFILES message (or a custom message) to my app with the pointer to the structure, that will work just fine.
