Is anyone interested in making this. I found the forum comment linked below from one of the developers who basically said he couldn't envisage having a CD ripping feature on song bird. You'll see a comment I added suggesting the addon and a possible solution to how. I'm no programmer so sorry but this is a request to anyone with the time and know how to make this.
Please post if you think you'll take this up. I think if it is developed in time to be ready for when Ryan mcCue has the devtest for songbird out so they can be trialled together it would mean an increased testing pool for both.
Yoooo! Im back, I know I wasnt gone too long but ill be leaving somewhere again in a few weeks. Yeah so wats new here? Ill look around to see what I missed, oh yeah is there anyone here who is pretty good at AutoHotKey, I began to look into it yesterday and I even began to write a little program. I got the basic Idea out but I wanted someone to test it so I can fix it before I get too much code. Ill probably post it in the beta forums in a bit.
Any suggestions for products or types of products that are good for theft prevention? I'm not looking for something cheap, but I don't exactly have people targeting me either. Theft of opportunity is my biggest threat. I want physical security, not software.
Yay, summer!!!
I will now reflect over what had happened over the school year:
I'm getting a new computer, which is forcing me to downgrade... I mean upgrade to Vista. So for those of you out there who already use Vista, what software should I be sure to get, and what isn't compatible (I think I read somewhere Pidgin won't work).
FYI, I'm already going to put 7-Zip, Firefox, ClamWin, and VLC on it.

Just wanted to let everyone know that im leaving portableapps.com for a while. Im taking some time off from my computer in general. Probably a few weeks or even a month. I am going to enjoy my summer and work on my health, (im starting to get fat from being on my computer too long)But dont worry ill be back before you realise im gone. So Peace Out and remember "What would jesus do?"
(No offense to athiasts) or any other ppl that get offended by this.
I've been wondering this since I learned about Drupal: What modules does this site use, and why? I still can't figure out how the main page works...
Here's another question: Do I ask a lot of questions?
Me, Zachthibeau, and GizmoKid2005 made a PortableApps gaming group on Xfire
If you want to join just go to the following link and if you dont have a xfire account register and then go back onto the link here and click the join clan button on the left side of the page (I know clan might sound freaky but it jsut a word most gaming groups use and xfire decided to use).
