Need help finding the name of some software -- Not having any success with Google

I'm looking for software that will check a webpage to see if anything has changed on it. I believe the ones from the past kept an old copy then did a diff to the latest copy and then let the user know which ones have changed. I'm having zero luck with Google as I can't find that special keyword that helps narrow the search down.

Anyone know of any software that can check to see if a webpage has changed? I want to put in all the URLs I manually check for new device firmware, mobo BIOS, drivers, etc. and then have the software check them for me.

I could use some help from some NSIS geek Smile
I have a Launcher with 3 checkboxes labeled "Firefox, Thunderbird, ClamWin" and I want to execute the related program but only if the checkbox is checked. Does anyone know how to get th checkbox value?
I found something on the web but I found it too complicated if I have 10+ checkboxes and hope there is a faster way.

Thats what I have so far:
