First, let me thank everyone involved for portable apps. Use it daily.

One app I really like, Opera (has a built in VPN!), is somehow horribly implemented on Portable Apps. I don't know what it's doing, maybe sending files to the mothership, but it takes minutes for it to shutdown properly and there is an intense amount of disk activity involved. If you don't wait for it to finish, you'll get a "not properly closed/cleaned" message when you attempt to start it next and then you'll wait and wait with no indication that it has completed its mission - whatever that is.

Has anyone had problems with the Money manager ex app. I have been using it for a couple of years with no problem.

The latest update crashed the whole app.

I loaded a new platform to a fresh USB stick and installed the app and when it is opened I get a fatal error.

Before I had updated N++ I could drag and drop text from the web, but now I can't.

When I copy the foder \PortableApps\PortableApps\AIMPPortable\App\AIMP to another location outside of PortableApps what other folders / file do I have to copy to use Aimp outside of PortableApps?

I read the tracker on my smartphone (in portrait mode) and was able to see the Title, Forum or Topic and Replies field.

Now the Title field takes up the whole screen width which means have to continually swip left to see the Replies field which is useful in Tracker mode.

This happened a couple of days ago, was it done on purpose?

I am having problems with money manager ex_ portable. I have been using this programme for a few years and its been great, love it as its so easy and straight forward to use. Just had a new update and when I tried to up date it it completely crashed. Good job I had a back up. Not had any problem with updates before.

Any one else having problems?

Secondly I cant see any forum dealing with errors and issues so i'm posting here. apologies if wrong locale

I can't remember for sure, but I might have experienced this problem in previous versions and I just forgot or didn't get around to reporting it. Anyway, for sure the problems are in the current version --- 4.4.2.

The functions of the Color Palette appear to work fine. It's just that when it's time to close it, the X at the upper right just doesn't work. It doesn't do anything. I end up having to close the entire GUI or exiting via the System Tray menu.

Hallo, ich wollte mir Google Chrome Portable downloaden. Ihr bietet den hier an, aber das ist gar kein "Portable". Es wird eine .exe Datei beim Klick auf Download gedownloaded und kein ZIP-File. Nach dem Anklicken der online.paf.exe wird ein kleines Fenster geöffnet, das einen "Installer" installieren will. Das habe ich weggeklickt. Ich will keinen Installer! Ich will Portable!
