Which distro for updateable apps?

Submitted by Vicinal on December 19, 2024 - 4:42am

Used Ubuntu for 2 years in late 2000s.

Eventually moved back since individual apps (Firefox, Chrome) couldn't receive feature updated outside the 6 month cycle, only security updates. I found that asinine.

Needs are basic, I live on the browser full time. Polish and eye candy preferred but not essential. Real time upstream apps are.

Also if anything is compatible with Snapdragon ARM chips, that would be nice

Thanks
