I purchased a 32GB USB Drive from the Portableapps.com website about 5 years ago.
The USB Drive is beginning to fail. It corrupts files and photos even after a full re-format using SD Formatter V4.0.

Your website still says that these USB products have a LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Where can I submit a claim for a replacement USB Drive made the same as mine with the silkscreening on it ?

I'm having a problem with skype. I insert my username. After pressing for next step, skype doesnt' display me the request of password but it display a generic error messag: "This page contains errors. Go back".
I try to lunch skype by command line but there aren't error message.
I've windows 7 64 bit.
What happen?

Trying to upgrade CDEx portable I'm getting a download error File not found (404).

I have CleanTemp=true for an app I made and cleans up well until I click a link from withing the app that takes me to a web page, the link forces the portable to close then the folder in temp stays behind. If I launch a second time it cleans up the temp folder. The force close cleans up well except temp any fix to clean temp without having to launch twice? I could just avoid clicking any links but would like to know if their is a solution.

I will have a .doc or .pdf or something (I'll make it whatever it needs to be) that contains text and pics that must look and act identically on hundreds of USB thumbdrives. The program MUST reside on the thumbdrive and open this document with a single or double click. The user's PC or laptop can not be part of the equation but for the place the thumbdrive is inserted

Can any of you please help me successfully uninstall the Portable Apps Application that I have installed on a Partition of my Laptop in error?

I do 100% fully intend to use some of the Portable Apps but only from a USB or SD that I Plug into my Laptop.

Unfortunately, the Portable Apps Application is not shown within my Windows Programs Installed list so I can uninstall it via the Windows Add, Remove Programs applet.

At this time, I can only find how to uninstall or remove Apps within the Portable Apps Application, not the Portable Apps Application itself.

With the last libreoffice's update, the software doesn't open either if I click on a file associated, or if I try to open it by poirtableapps' suite.
Libreoffice doesn't appaer in the process' list though if lunch it by command line.
I've this problem in windows 7 and windows 8.
