I am trying to setup Chrome on a thumb drive with multiple profiles and I would like to save the UN/Password within Chrome not on the computer. I did follow the instructions on how to change the ini file to save passwords in Chrome but it does not work.
Does anyone have ideas or a better solution? Thank you.

Is this method work on other applications?

Such as games that don't need to be install, but their save data store in the system drive.
Also apps or games need to be installed?

I can't get the latest version of CCleaner to download/update. It gives an error message. It says download is incomplete or corrupt... Any idea what's wrong?

You've probably heard about these low end Windows laptops that previously came with as low as 32GB flash storage and nowadays 64GB flash storage. Obviously space is an issue (and the old adage, that there isn't a big enough drive that you cannot fill up with crap still applies), but if Windows doesn't find enough space to update itself, it simply doesn't update itself and the existing install still works. PortableApps.com apps don't. Is it a bug or a feature?

The first idea.

Portable Firefox crashes often...will not remain stable for more than a few hours of being open (many times less) such that I need to close and restart it...freezes up often and does NOT offer to send a crash report.
I maintain the latest version 75.0 (64-Bit) and have Windows 10 as my PC OS.

This problem occurs across a variety of web sites so it is non-specific to any one, nor is there a pattern to its crash behavior. Even something as simple as clicking on a link can freeze it up requiring a restart.

Any assistance to resolve this is greatly appreciate.

I have looked and looked for a portable timeline creation app that allows file attachments. Anybody know of one?

I am posting here as I believe this post could also be in the new portable Internet app category but probably not in Internet app support though.

I have been using IP Messenger from SHIROUZU Hiroaki (https://ipmsg.org/en/) and find it to be very useful for my workflow.
With that I decided to create a portable app out of it.

Before I go into details, below is the download link,

I was looking for SmithTech's AppLauncher and found someday changed to Portable Startup Utility and that is already old, ancient and outdated... OMG this world had changed a lot!!!
Is there an updated alternative software?

I was looking for a great app calling eXpresso and found it's not in use any more and it's outdated (https://sourceforge.net/projects/expressoportabl/).
Why is deprecated? Can it be updated? Is there an updated alternative?
