Request Apps

Is it illegal according to their EULA to create a portable spotify? Or at least do a launcher? I would be interested in that(either creating or just have it), but I'm unsure if you are allowed or no. Yeah, you can always do one for yourself but if I want to share it... you get the point.

IZ already has a "portable" version that probably just needs a wrapper.

I know, Python is being made ready for PortableApps (https://portableapps.com/node/15756), but I found this site and tried out the Portable Python. It worked fine for me. It has Python 2.5 and Django inside.

Maybe this can be also considered as an alternative.

I would like to request that a developer looks at making an PortableApps version of PDF Split and Merge. It is a Java based program to split the page of a PDF document or merge several PDF documents together. The program can be downloaded as a Zip file and can be extracted to any portable location and run. It does not seem to need an dependencies (except for JRE obviously)or leave any files behind on the host PC.
