This one sounds cool! And I think it'll work. It's already got a Zip version for users who can't run EXE installers. It's open source too, so it should be all right to tweak.

hey i have used winamp for my music as long as ive owned a pc. now i am wondering is their any way at all that you can install winamp on a usb thumb drive?

Construct 2 is found at Scirra.com, and it is VERY cool! But I don't know how easy it can be converted to PAF... It is closed-source, BUT it IS "portable". The only problem is that the installer doesn't have a portable mode. It works if you move it to the Portable Apps folder and move it to another computer, but to install it in the first place creates registry files. The application itself leaves no trace other than the saved game projects and a browser history entry if you test games.

I need the Nitro Pro portable version. I tired to create the portable for that but it not work. If anyone can provide me the Nitro Pro Portable or help me by saying step by step how to create it portable.

I am occasionally using Fast Duplicate File Finder already since quite some time and I like this tool so much that I would like to see it integrated into the portable apps suite.

Often you want to search for duplicates on different computers and the it would be great to be able to use it without needing to install it first.

This is a simple tool (7 Kb) that allows to use shortcuts targeting paths within a portable drive whose drive letter changes.
