Yes this is better then Limewire. Please make a portable version!

OK, I'm fairly new at requesting apps the right way. I searched the boards, nothing promising. I thought to just request an anti-spyware app, but I decided to take it a step further and search SourceForge. I found an app that looks promising, but I'm not so sure.

Hello. I have an 8gb Kingston. I have some personal files on my usb stick. I need a folder hider to keep them unseen. 'Cause sometimes I lend my pendrive to a friend. Is there a way or a portable app. that prevents people from seeing certain folders even on diffrent computers unless some kind of password is entered.

you should make a portable verson of lime wire. It would be nice not having youre parents raving down youre back about haveing limewire on youre computer, because they think every song you download comes with a virous. Ive downloaded 4000 songs and my computer is runin fine but they still wont shut up. But no offense to you parrents out thare and thanks.

Days ago I found a program called Dokan that lets mount in windows hard drive partitions via sftp like sshfs does in linux.

It would be very interesting to have it in a portable version because it would let people work directly with files stored in the ssh server without having to download modify and then load via sftp.
As well it would let people play audio files (and as well films if the streaming were really good) directly from de server.

I recently visited the Mozilla website and looked around the page on Mozilla-bazed applications. Mojopac like environment for portable apps. Revolutionize the way portable apps runs on computers.

Mojopac is a virtual desktop that runs on xp and vista machines, when run the USB drive it is run from is the C: drive and a virtual windows desktop is created.
"What happens in mojopac, stays in mojopac."

The only problem with this is Mojopac is not opensource/freeware.

If there were a fully functional opensource solution that emulated the windows desktop like mojopac does, I would surely love to use it.
