Request Apps

I would like to see an app that will password protect your flash drive so it is more safe and secure. It would be cool if it would need the password before suit starts and the password will activate it. It would also be cool to have a portable app to make a portable desktop cube!

Is anyone willing to make it? It is a opensource code editor which includes useful features such as syntax styling, error indicators, folding, code completion and call tips.

Hello, this is my first post, and I've been trying to make my halo portable. Yes, these already is a post like this, but it's pretty much dead and I want to start anew. Now right off the bat here, I'm not trying to get a free game or give one to somebody else. All I'm asking for is help in making a launcher, which isn't illegal. But back to the main point. I've tried the portable apps creator deal, with no avail. I did the scripting right, but all it does is start the exe all by itself individually, which goes on and tells me it needs it system files, even though the files are in with it.

Many people ask for software on this site that is closed source (Freeware, Shareware, Commercial) and while the software is often the top of the line, Portable Apps cannot support distribution of this kind of software. So it is best to try and find an Open Source alternative for the software.

iTunes software would be useful as a portable app.

I think winRAR would be a nice addition to 7zip, because 7zip can't decompress .r01 .r02 and so on files...

Could u add any program that would be compatible with MS Publisher?

First off, must haves: Ccleaner, and SIW.
It'd also be nice to have DeepBurn, ImgBurn, Notepad++, Paint.net, Comodo, Defraggler, AVG, Spybot S&D, SpywareBlaster.

It be nice if it had some IT tools, like port scanner, whois, dns look up, etc. There tons of tools that would be great for IT to have that they could just grab there usb key and start using
