License seems to be a litte bit unclear. On wikipedia, it just says LGPL. On the website it says:

hi can u make a program that every time u plug in the flash drive into a different computer portableapps starts up and then it turns the other computer desk top into yours with your wallpaper and all can that be done ?

the problem is the following:

rapget itself doesn't need no installation so it can be perfectly run on a usb stick
the problem is that it needs openssl installed

which I wouldn't know how to "install" it on my usb stick...
if anyone could help me about this if this is already possible I'd be glad too!!
