I think that this Open source MS Publisher clone would be a good fit into the Portable Apps suite.
App. Info:
Name: Scribus
Description: "Scribus is an open-source program that brings award-winning professional page layout to Linux/Unix, MacOS X and Windows desktops with a combination of "press-ready" output and new approaches to page layout.
Underneath the modern and user friendly interface, Scribus supports professional publishing features, such as CMYK color, separations, ICC color management and versatile PDF creation."
Thanks for the time and effort!
Is anyone have an idea how to make
ePSXe and plugins portable?
Why not make a application which when you launch it, it will open up a sort of new desktop, with a taskbar which will contain settings on the users stick.
GOM Player: Freeware multimedia player.

Jeff,
You need to contact Portable Apps about updating their U3 version of Firefox (https://portableapps.com/u3apps).
You can reinstall free programs from U3 Software Central or from the manufacturer, if they have any. Launchpad, Add Programs.
So here
Is it possible to install VPN Client onto a USB drive? I haven't had any success.
Skype: free VoIP, free net, and 2cents per minute domestic
Apophysis: OS Fractal Flame Generator/Editor
KOL Mafia: A user utiliy for playing the Kingdom of Loathing; www,kingdomofloathing.com
With the hype around VoIP- Vonage and Skype lately (especially Vonage's portable thumb drive phone) I would like to request that ASTERISK be added as one of your portable apps. It started as linux only, but since it is open-source, has been turned over to Windows, Mac OS, and BSD as well. For Windows version info go to:
FREE telephony on a portable device... Way cooler than vonage!
I was read on past months that someone was work on make the scatter chat into a protable program.
