I've recently come to love DOSBox for running those old games, but I can't run them away from my home PC. How hard would it be to modify it to run w/o instalation onto a PC, but instead on a thumb drive?

has spread rapidly.
Its "cross-platform bliss" make it almost perfect
as any sort of organizing tool.

Since it contains a lot of account-based information
it would really helpful if a compressed version could
be made.

Portable Firefox Bon Echo Alpha 1 has been out for a while but there are substantial changes to Firefox Bon Echo Alpha 3, so I would greatly appreciate having Bon Echo Alpha 3 portable.

I'm new to the whole 'portable app' thing, and would like to have Metatrader, a currency trading platform, made portable. their website: www.metaquotes.net

Do I have to have access to the source code to make a program portable?

i think Puzzle Pirates would be a good portable app as i play it a lot and i think it would be great for a portable app

I do not know if it is possible or not, but it would be handy to have a portable version or RealPlayer. I have installed the Portable VLC Media Player but does not seem to handle Real Player streams or files and I have not been able to find a means to confgure it to do so. Barring being able to use Real Player streams and files on VLC, I would love to be able to have a portable version of Real Player.
