I think a great portable app would be something comparable to GOTOMY PC or logmein.com, ultraVNC, FreeNX etc...
I think an efax type program or efax would be a great program. I have seen efax as part of u3
with the portable web browser i can now go online as needed, but several web pages and e-mails require the adobe flash player. the resene most of us use the portable apps is because we do not Admin privileges and can not install software. So we can not install the adobe flash player on the sys we are using.
if you can make a portable flash player app it would help a lot of us.
Thank you,
Bryan
I'm using Google calendar to take my calendar with me.
Is it possible to install Google sync to and run from a USB stick without changing anything on the host computer? I know that probably the answer is that it is not open source but could anyone research what's been altered on the host PC?
My employer doesn't allow installing software so I use portable applications.
Thnx in advance
and keep up the good work!
When clicking on a message the software shows the message, downloading the message if required. This is understandable, and I am sure a lot of people prefer this way.
