Yes, I know it's not open-source, but could anybody make a launcher? The portable version they advertise isn't really portable b/c there is a settings file with an absolute path.
If somebody could make it, that would be fantastic. If not, I'll go try to learn NSIS and do it myself.
I know there is an english version downloadable here but i like the dutch version of it can somebody create it or tell me how i translate? i translated it to dutch by simply copying the original dutch files over the one that the portable used. how can i re create that installer
Imagine a portable version of SVN where you can carry your repository anywhere. This is really important for developers who do not feel safe on using online code repositories.
Is this feasible? even if not SVN, since a request since last year required svn to be installed on windows.
There wasn't progress on the thread, its kinda old. So decided to make this new one.
How about adding new application for portable drive like microsoft one note!!^^
Greetings.
I was wondering, could someone please make the game RPG World Online portable.
It is located on www.rpgwo.com -> downloads -> full client setup files.
Or just http://71.6.150.44/rpgwo/client.setup.zip...
Thanks ahead to anyone who would undertake this portablization.
Oh and please host it somewhere available for download.
I thought this program might be useful for students or people who do research papers and such.
It's an open source program that generates MLA style bibliography entries.

According to sourceforge it's written in Delphi/Kylix and Pascal.
CDBurnerXP v4.0.015 just became portable compliant as long as .NET is installed on the host OS. It would be nice to see this one integrated to the PortableApps.com launcher.
I've seen some suggestions for portable wikis and after searching the net I have found 2 that I think are the best I found yet. These are personal wiki's and reside in one (!) xhtml file and don't have dependancies on other things. (Some others use perl or python, but not these)
