What is about a portable Version of "Daemon Tools"??
Thanks a lot,
Jonathan
I'm starting to learn this nice thing and I'd love to be able to keep learning about it at work, where I can't install stuff.
Thanks
PS. I'm using Firefox anywhere I go thanks to you people!
I have searched the forums for an official portable apps updater and haven't found one. So, John please could you make an app (clearly portable) that would let us update our portable apps? Also, it wouldn't be a big undertaking. Simply add version info into each portable apps and then the program would check against the version info on PortableApps.com.
I'm a long-time user of Autoit V3, and have been writing in it for almost a year. So today i reformatted, and all my Autoit stuff went Bye Bye. I would do this myself, but it's complicated with all the includes and the structure of Autoit Directories.
So does anyone know if it's possible to make a portable Autoit and a portable SciTE Editor?

Hi,
I wrote and use Password Safe. It's a genuine Portable Application. The URL is: [Self promotional link removed by moderator JTH. As with most community forums, and as detailed in the forum guidelines and on the forum post page where you posted this, self promotion is not permitted]
It's free and I'd be happy to make the source code available if it's considered good enough to be included in the list of applications available at portableapps.com
Thanks,
Martin.

It`s GPL and good software. Leveas some registery entrys and files in documents and settings dir. Would be glad if someone could make it portable. I can`t do it myself because I am beginner and don`t know much about registery tweaks.
