should be a no brainer it's in a Zip file already and runs as is.

I already use it as a portable app but some might appreciate the installer wrapper
and the menu integration.

In the years since the Un-official Request Apps Guidelines were first posted.

a lot of users have made their requests in this format.
It's been very useful to developers, and prevents a lot of repetitive posts asking for more details.
The problem is, a lot of new users don't follow it and we've recently had a wave of requests that are incredibly vague.
At least one user said they didn't realize that they should follow that guideline and that the post was hard to follow.
