i have been looking for programs to create portable programs, and i have found a couple but want to look at P-Apps v1.
google sends me here but cant find it, i am told to try cameyo but i have trouble with it, does anyone know where to get
P-Apps.

I would like to request an portable app called hotspot shield because it is one of the best vpns and I've used it many of times to get to blocked websites.

Wasn't sure where else to drop this, but wanted the community to be aware that Inkscape released v. 0.92 as the newest stable release on Jan 4, 2017. Just thought I'd let you all know.
