Hi there,

Thanks very much for the fast work on making the new Firefox version available in Portable format, so soon after the main release !

At the moment I can find only one issue, but I'm not sure this is an issue for the portable version, or also for the main version.

When I open up the Add-on manager, it will permanently say "Loading", but it never finishes and doesn't show my installed add-ons. My add-ons are working fine, it is just the manager that seems not to.

I use it with the all-in-one sidebar extension.

this morning i downloaded the new Firefox 6 portable Version and run it. But i can't find the new permission manager ?? i try'd about:permission and it said the url is invalid and can't be loaded. can someone help me please ??

I got an automatic update from v5.01 to v6.0 today.
FF6 never started again and I don't no what the problem is.
Can I please have a clue how to solve this.
I have the same problem on all my machines, XP, Vista Win7...

I've really done it now. My Firefox restore session hasn't been working, and since no-one replied to my earlier post, I thought I'd just reinstall it.

But... now I seem to have lost all my settings, addons, extensive bookmarks, but most importantly, my Scrapbook pages which included lots of business sales receipts for online orders which I was getting ready to print for my tax records.

Is there anyway to recover this? I know the obvious answer is to go to my backup, but I foolishly don't have a recent backup. Would Firefox have moved the old files somewhere else?

Please help me...

Why is the browser history automatically deleted after a period of time?
Is there a way (I searched online and it said hardly a way to keep it within a custom-defined period) to keep it in Firefox 4?

Image pretty much speaks for itself. Both sets of window buttons (e.g. minimize, close) work. Only the top one can be double-clicked on for maximize/restore, though.

Right-clicking and adding, then removing the menu bar removed one, but the tabs are now below the address bar, not up on the title bar, and I have a second taskbar entry for "Mozilla Firefox" (where the first one is the title of the page).

Is the remark to the Known Issues in the support yet applicable, that Firefox currently requires a local JVM? Or can I now use the portable version jPortable?

Ever since my last few Firefox updates (now using 5.0.1 on a Windows 7 machine), the Restore Session feature hasn't been working. The tab titled "Restore Session" comes up, but there are no previous sessions listed in the box to restore, so of course, nothing gets restored. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix for it?
