OO leaves newadvsplash.dll

I understand a similar problem has been posted before here.

I've posted but didn't get a response.
I launch my OO Writer, Calc and Math directly from the Portable Apps Menu.
However, after closing the programs, I notice that they leave a newadvsplash.dll file in a random name folder
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp\nsy32.tmp\newadvsplash.dll

IS there any way such that these folders be removed upon closing the OO programs?
