Microsoft Office 2007 Portable

Submitted by the.ashton on April 2, 2007 - 4:17am

I have found a portable Microsoft office on the web - comparing this with open office microsft is way better.

The download link is here:
[Link removed by Moderator RM: 2 problems: not Open Source and illegal.]

Password: [See above]

The download link isn't garunteed to last forever so if it's good enough It would be good to - move it soon.

Extract the RAR with winRAR or 7-zip to your portable device - I've put it on my portable apps menu

[Moderator RM: Closed topic as it has degraded into discussions about warez]

NFO Viewer Portable

Submitted by Tatsh on April 1, 2007 - 1:00am

This was relatively simple, and very similar to 7-Zip Portable. It's just one registry change. Please test it out. I already use it on the go.

Of course, whoever has the original image can use the layers from my PSD to make one more compatible for this site (with the PortableApps logo and such).

Since the application is not open source, I am not exactly sure how you guys feel about it. It was released by a warez group known as DAMN; they never released the source. I still think it's the best NFO viewer out there.

New version available, topic locked

Here you go everyone, WinBoard Portable.
Keep in mind that since this is a beta, it doesn't have the proper splash screen or an indication of where to get the source of WinBoard from.

PAM Theme & Wallpaper

SmithTech's picture
Submitted by SmithTech on March 29, 2007 - 3:10pm

I know theme support is being worked on and a wallpaper swapper is being tested by John.
I have a suggestion.
The wallpaper should be tied to the theme or at least an option.
The theme support should have profiles based on machine name.
i.e. machine name SmithTechD810 would get themeblue
machine name SmithTech1 would get themebrown
machine name suzyQ would get themeDEFAULT (no profile for this machine)
Here's why.
This is the theme I use on my Personal Drive
