Apart from a few specific apps we generally don't do beta releases. Regarding lt20, we also only really do different release channels of a handful of bigger apps too.
Somebody may pick it up themselves and post it unofficially if you are lucky, but you probably won't see an official package of qBittorrent 5 here until it is the stable release, and you'd probably only see an lt20 release channel if there was significant demand and technical benefit from it, and it would probably only be the current stable version lt20, not the beta.
From what I can see there isn't a big improvement from libtorrent 1.2 to 2.0, it is mostly just removing old code and some other internal changes, but not much actual benefit for users.
How about version 4.6.5.10?

Apologies, that was qBittorrent Enhanced I saw get the update.
qBittorrent is still only offering 4.6.5 as their stable version according to their website.

We don't do lt20. We handle the publisher's default package. The publisher doesn't even mention what lt20 is on the download page.

It is a new version of the libtorrent library, so the qBittorrent devs wouldn't really do much to publicise it.
But it is basically just a breaking API update - it adds very little (if anything) of meaning for users, and is primarily just a way to remove deprecated features.

There is no qBittorrent 4.6.5.10 yet. They are confused and are offering qBittorrent Enhanced 4.6.5.10 on that page if you check the filename.
How about 4.6.6?

If there are security issues or major bugs with our current release of qBittorrent, please comment in the Outdated Apps thread with a link to an official report of the issue, so we know it is a priority and it can get packaged faster.
If it is just that you want it to be a priority because you feel entitled to it, please remember that you are getting these apps for free, and John is basically the only person dealing with app updates alongside running the site, the business, and also having normal life problems that other people have too. Your wants are not more important than anybody else's, and please respect that sometimes things take time.

The list of apps requiring updates is currently huge, and qBittorrent is a low priority. Be patient. You aren't missing out on much by not having qBittorrent updated.
There are app updates fixing security vulnerabilities and patching bugs. There are apps with online installers that cannot be installed when the base app updates but we haven't updated the portable package. These take precedence over apps that still continue to work just fine without needing an update.
In the mean time, version 4.6.7 is up and running.
