Google Reader now broken - Firefox 3 beta 3 rev 2

Submitted by GobberGo on February 14, 2008 - 12:15pm

I'm running the portable Firefox off a network drive so that I can access it from several PCs in my office. My office computers run XP Pro SP2.

I recently loaded FF 3 beta 3 rev 2, and now Google Reader - my primary RSS reader - is broken. The script(s) for displaying the feeds in the box on the right seems to be loading incorrectly. It looks like it shoves the feed's posts down and off screen. That's a guess based on the fact that the feed posts momentarily show when I resize the FF window, then disappear again.

Question: run two firefox-portables simultan?

Hi,
After portableapps.com made my day by publishing FF3beta3 so fast, I have one question:
Is it possible to run two different firefox instances at once? I would love to switch between FF2 and FF3b3 on the fly to compare them, but when i try to start the second FF, a message appears: "Firefox already running". I know that, but i want to start the other one anyway... Sad

FireFox Portable won't open on 1 PC, but opens on the rest

I have been using FireFox Portable for quite some time now on my old HP XZ133 WinXP Home notebook and my Gateway tablet PC at work. Suddenly on Friday when I tried to open Firefox Portable from my portable HDD, it acted like it was working normally, but Firefox never came up. I tried restarting the computer and performing a Windows System Restore back to last Thursday when I know it was working perfectly and still had no luck. When I plug the HDD into my Tablet at the office, everything works perfectly with no problems whatsoever.

2.0.0.12 Won't open pages

I've got a bug with my portable Firefox, it runs and lunches but if I open any web page it never loads, I see the status bar flicker then go blank. This only happens when I install version 2.0.0.12
I think there is an add-on it don't like because when I run in safe-mode it runs fine.
When I re-installed version 2.0.0.11 it ran fine again.

My Add-Ons are:
*Adblock Plus (0.7.5.3)
*DownloadHelper (2.6.1)
*FaviconizeTab (0.9.7.4)
*FireFly (0.3.3)
*Firefox Google Bookmarks (0.3)
*Flashblock (1.5.5)
*Fullerscreen (2.3.3)
*Gmail Space (0.5.92)
*Google Toolbar (3.0.20070525W)
