Template for non-PAL Launcher?

Hello PortableApps.com Team, I know that some of PortableApps.com's app launchers are not generated with PortableApps.com Launcher Generator, but rewritten with NSIS language (NSI source file). As far as I know these software are: Firefox Portable, Regshot Portable, and other 30+ apps, and the second and subsequent launcher for those app with multiple icons are also rewritten with NSIS (e.g. Apache Open Office Portable, LibreOffice Portable).

I have read the source code of these launchers, same labels and comments are reused by the launchers, and the coding style is also shared among them.

Does PortableApps.com have a template for these launchers? Or as I guessed, they are modified based on Firefox Portable as AppName.nsi (Example app stub) in PortableApps.com Application Template.
