We're happy to announce that our full set of legacy portable app packages is now available in the PortableApps.com Platform's App Store. As apps continue to drop support for 32-bit Windows and legacy versions of Windows, we've been creating legacy packages to make apps available as broadly as possible. That way, a Windows 7 or Windows 10 32-bit user can still easily download and install the last compatible version of the Krita sketch and painting app since the current version requires Windows 8.1/10/11 64-bit. And it's automatic. The Platform will show you the appropriate apps for your current version of Windows by default, and you can select to view all of them in Options.

On-the-fly image processing is provided - allowing to adjust typical parameters as sharpness, color balance, contrast and local under-/overexposure. A new version of PortableApps.com's software platform combined with a set of useful apps in an effort to help the 8 million Ukrainian war refugees has been released as the PortableApps.com Ukraine Suite. The suite will allow the installation and use of the LibreOffice office suite, Firefox web browser, Thunderbird email client, KeePass password manager, Qmmp media player, and Telegram secure messaging in either Ukrainian or Russian language (the two most common languages within Ukraine) on any Windows PC. The apps exist separately from traditionally installed Windows apps and can be installed and used from the PC's local storage, an external storage device like a USB flash drive or external hard drive, or within a synced cloud folder. The installer is multi-lingual, allowing host families to assist with the installation without needing to know Ukrainian or Russian.
