Today I have 11 apps that won't update PAI 12.0.5 (windows 8.1 x64) . I have a few that did Libra Office was one I noticed.
Is this a temporary problem? When can a fix be in pace?
The list of apps are (I couldn't find a log file and I can't attach screenshots so I am typing them in manually):
I was trying to update the Potable apps on my thumb drive today and get "Invalid Installer" error messages for Google Chrome and jPortable (see screen shots links).

The main reason I use portable apps is to keep my computer running as fast as possible. So far for the majority of software I use I've managed to find a portable version or at least a suitable portable alternative. But I also use many programs that aren't portable, and I thought that I would have to install all those to my computer. After some googling I discovered UniExtract, and I'm quite relieved that it works most of the time.

Im using portable version of Firefox from Documents folder, and well as I have no administrative rights at job pc, I cant install ccleaner
Didn't you consider using another server to download your apps from? You know, SourceForge has bad reputation=adding adware or another unwanted software during installation or using misleading links...
