Minor update, I added a mechanism to use a new feature in *.162.0 to have the cache stored in %TEMP% instead of in the user's profile, which should speed up browsing when not using RunLocally.

eSpeak Portable is currently under development. it is a voice synthisizer i made with the app compactor. For example this app is great for those who have a print related disibility, such as myself, because we can coppy and paste the text into the box and have Micorsoft Windows XP or newer's built-in TTS engine read the text to us.
