A portable and fully functional edition of a programming language resembling an antique version of that language
e. g. a portable and fully functional edition of c++ 3.0 or delphi 2 or visual basic 6 ...

I know that technically it is already portable, but I think it would be nice to have it in the list here and also, for it to be in Portable Apps.com Format.
Perhaps you might even be able to combine all the different versions of it for different Operating Systems, and have launchers for each of those.

Other: its in a zip file so you can create a launcher for it
First of all, yes, I searched before posting this - I just didn't find what I need. So here goes...
I'm looking for a Windows Explorer alternative (NOT replacement; Explorer can stay. NOT supplement; I want something totally separated from Explorer) with the following features...
* Totally portable
* Tabbed interface (i.e. can open multiple folders in multiple tabs)
* Applications sidebar/toolbar/dock/menu (sort of like the Start Menu)
Is there a portable application that can do this? I have looked around and found a few that are shareware or nearly portable (i.e. not stealth etc.). I am constantly organising large amounts of Data between different folders and HDD. Windows Explorer is ridiculously inefficient and Xenon is still too limited in it's functionality.
Sophisticated renaming functions and tabbed interface would also be handy.
Regards
