new to the forums but had a possible idea for a new app how about a portable version of limewire anyways let me know what you think ** might be illegal not sure** but just wondering.

It is MMO and Myspace combined to form a 3d world, aka 3d chatroom.
The actual program is a download that runs from the computer.
If you can't post the launcher can you tell me how to make the launcher.

Petr Laštovička's website has some games released under a "reciprocal public license".

XMSOL.EXE is an excellent collection of solitaire card games that would be suitable - and simple - for portable apps wrapping.

The license is a bit confusing, but I don't think it'd prevent protable apps use. And I'm sure that Petr would be pleased about many people using his apps.

Is there a Portable tool anywhere where you can recover the deleted files from your Harddrive (windows)?

i'm new, and know what i'm going to tell is not in the way you are working (and may be is done).

Every day there are more devices (TV, DVD players, HiFi and car Audio, ...) where you can plug a portable Device (usually an USB memory) and access to files and play the music, or video you have there.

may be interesting an application than let you select a folder in your computer, and emulate your computer is an USB memory, so you can connect your computer and this device using USB cable, and this device can play the files in the selected folder in the computer.

Pity it requires .NET 2.0... does this permit anyone from making it portable? It is a very nice app, far better than putty.

May somebody give me an launcher to start the windows explorer in the root of the usb flash drive?

You guys should configure a itunes so it could be portable. This would allow users to go from computer to computer and not have to keep updating their library. Also people could go to other user's computers and show them their songs without have to surf through folders.

As a computer junky / repair nerd for most people Alot of times i look for apps that will help me excel online. i use firefox to download tons of apps that help me clean out a system... lol... BUT LETS GET A DEFRAG thats portable... especialy for the fact that some of these systems lock out defrag on corporate computers.... so

A nice, small, light-weight webserver would be awesome. Apache would be a little excessive. I can't think of any specific webserver that would work good for this, but it would be useful. If php support would be possible too, that'd be amazing and awesome.
