Got a suggestion for an app that should be portable? Post it here.

Just wondering if anyone knows if such a thing exists.
I've found puttycm, but it requires .NET and writes entries to the registry and won't work with portablePutty (just putty.exe).
Any ideas?
Hey
It would be nice to have a portable unix environment with the "most used" unix command-line applications (zsh, bash, sed, awk, grep, find, ...).

It's been asked about before ages ago and there is no (lightweight) mp3 player on the list... I think its the perfect mp3 player for a portable app.

The Sandisk Cruzer flash drives all come with built in software that is, essentially, a password protected partition on the flash drive that holds all of your portable apps and files, and can only be accessed through their U3 menu (equivalent to the portableapps menu). Why can't Portable apps do this? Or rather, why couldn't they?
Hello everyone. I really want to have an electronic bible on my portable hard drive, so every time I go to someone place, I still can read my bible. In my opinion, E-sword is the best electronic bible. You can check it out in http://www.e-sword.net/index.html. How if we develop the portable E-sword?
Thanks before to John T haller.

Could we please add Snagit to the apps section or is there a way for me to download it to a Jump Drive that I am not aware of...
Hello folks,
first of al a heart-meant 'thank you' to all you guys creating these great portable applications
I was browsing on sourgeforce, and I found "Moon Secure Antivirus"...
Since I am kind of into having as much protectionprograms as possible, I was wondering if this app might be made portable.
I kind of doubt it myself, since I don't know how well the built-in firewall can be made portable..
Besides, does anyone of you have any experiences whatsoever with this program, or any known bugs that I should be aware of?

It would be cool, if someone could make that one portable, because is think there is a lack of portable PIMs. Thunderbird + Lighting is kind a poor, and Spicebird not ready, yet.
