Does anyone know of a portable astronomy program?
Or which one would you like to have portabalised?
Any thoughts/hints/ideas welcome.
There seem to be very few portable games, and that is probably because most people do not have the time to play a game from another computer. But this game is simple, challenging, and under the GPL. If you would like to try it out...

I have used this tool for years now and I like nothing else (it has over 200 highlighters) - it serves me for everything I do and I really admire the person who made it, just the same as I admire those who have created portableapps and the apps that go to it.
Hello all,
I know that NSIS Portable (.exe warning) exists, and that you can make HM NIS Edit portable. My question is, is it possible to link the two together to have a proper development environment on the go?

I had an idea and I'm sure somebody thought on this before... But I just don't find a related post...
Suppose that you introduce your portable drive, M$Windows read the entire file system and then shows a window with options: Start YourApp (in my case "Run AciagoMovil"), play music, play video, open folder, do nothing, blablabla...
Does such a beast exist anywhere?
Hi guys, I'm new to this forum! I have been using Firefox Portable for a while now, but I play a lot of online poker at www.pokerstars.com.
My question is now, is there a portable version of this software for a USB stick? Can anyone make one for that?
Thanks a lot!

Actually they already have a portable build for win32. But it would be nice to have it in PortableApps.

Someone has already requested this. And yes, it does work fine by copying the install directory... But again, it would be nice to have this in PortableApps.
