Thinking that it should be portable... Need to have an a compression program on the go.
May not be possible, but having already lost( found it again,ah) an unprotected usb flash drive think this feature would be great.
I think that Jon Haller and his team should make a portable defragmenter because that way I could defragment my drive.

I likes its features and think it would easily replace firefox and thunderbird for alot of users. Web-browser, advanced e-mail and newsgroup client, IRC chat client, and HTML editing.
I find it very hard to believe that no one has created a portable Dreamweaver 8 yet. If someone knows whether or not this can be done??? Please help others who are desperate! Ive tried Lapwing RC2, RegWrapper, Wrap - with no luck.

I work at a call center whose IT dept hate us being productive or secure. So we can't run firefox. But the IT dept is also inept so as long as I can make firefox look like IE (as I learned from http://johnhaller.com/jh/mozilla/firefox_internet_explorer/) I will be fine.
Please update this on how to install when using Portable Apps suite. And FF 2.0
A lot of interest in this at least in my building
- thanks
Songbird is not only a great media player, but also a very innovative music library. Why the need for a portable music library... are you serious? I thought a bunch of people were using their iPods as their portable drives so I can definitely see this as a useful program. The only problem with it is that the iPod device extension is not built in I think this is only thing songbird is lacking, all music libraries should have built in synchronization and support the most popular devices (i.e., iPod). I am no programmer, but a master of mastering programs (Huh? Yea I made that up) and I can tell a good app when I see one. Songbird with iPod device extension would kick ass. Thanks for just hearing me out.
