DavMail

Submitted by Pokémaniac on August 14, 2012 - 11:04pm

Would it be possible to make a portable version of DavMail? It is a program to let Email clients besides Outlook take full advantage of Exchange servers by translating communications into POP, IMAP, Caldav, etc. I currently use it with my local installations of Thunderbird, but it would be nice if I could use it with my portable one, as well. The homepage can be found at http://davmail.sourceforge.net/, and I'm relatively certain it uses the GPLv2 License.

I think an autoclicker app would be pretty nice. instead of randomly installing an autoclicker from some random website id rather have it on my flash drive. im new so im just requesting what comes in mind i usually use my flash drive for everything.

Program: Firehand Ember Free v7.3.1

License: Freeware unlimited (according to this website where it can be still downloaded: http://www.softsea.com/review/Firehand-Ember-Free.html)

Description: Picture viewing program similiar to Picassa BUT much more userfriednly and THE FASTEST ONE I EVER SAW (!!!) - it shows thumbs of pics IMMEDIATELY even if there is like 20 000 of them in one folder (ehm, like in my case).

Website: http://www.firehand.com/ (now it is several years down cos its original developer died)

Ubuntu One

Submitted by millanboy on August 3, 2012 - 3:13am

Hi guys,
I'm recently turning into a Linux nerd and would like to have someone make an Ubuntu One portable app. I'll most likely be using Ubuntu One for my future android phone and desktop if someone makes this app for the USB stick.

I know there are many other cloud related softwares but Ubuntu One is one of the newest releases and they seem quite promising so far and for the future.

Thanks!

New App: Minitube

Submitted by tdmeskimo on July 30, 2012 - 11:25am

I love my Minitube, there is a Linux version and windows version. what i like about Minitube i can search Youtube by relevance or channel and then watch the video. On my Ubuntu I can download the video, for my windows version I had to pay because it downloads the video as mp4 file, but it is great. I thought it would be great to have a portable version as well.

thanks
