Portable Browsers - Not useful (yet)?

I'm a scholar and we make use of IE8 which is provided for everybody.
What not only I but surely others in a relative situation may find useful is a portable web browser that has the ability to (not really sure what the correct terms are):

- Bypass (?) the security settings and/or programs set by the higher authority to block blacklisted websites such as Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Would like feedback soon, thanks!

Orca Browser

Submitted by MGBoenisch141962 on September 1, 2011 - 3:35pm

I use a portable browser called Orca and like Chrome it has autofill, but Chrome seems to need to be filled out every time you switch from home to laptop to work computers, it wont remember your passwords from computer to computer, even though I use the Portable Apps. With orca it uploads your your paswords everytime you open the browser, so you don't have to worry about forgetting your password. It is available on a USB Version and I installed it on my Portable Hard Drive. Can you create a shortcut to the Portable Apps Menu, or can you guys add theis program to your choices.

Pokémon Online 1.0.30 (and newer)

Submitted by Railcare on September 1, 2011 - 1:19pm

Pokémon Online 1.0.30 is the best and most up to date Pokémon battle simulator which can be found on the web.
It's a fantastic app and it's also OpenSource (source code hosted at SourceForge, I think)... so why not making it portable?
It would be so great to have "Pokémon Online Portable" hosted on your fantastic site!
Thanks a lot in advance!

Advanced Onion Router

Submitted by BUGHUNTER on August 29, 2011 - 1:01pm

Program: Advanced Onion Router

License: Open Source/GPL

Description: Advanced Onion Router is a client for OR network and is intended to be an improved alternative for Tor+Vidalia+Privoxy bundle for Windows users. It is able to "force" a program and its plugins to use the Tor proxy regardless of its configured proxy.

Website: http://sourceforge.net/projects/advtor/

Other: Seems portable by default, should be easy to integrate, however would be great to have this auto-updated with the upcoming PA Platform.
