[Fixed] Puzzle Collection Portable 2021.12.12 is 64-bit only

Submitted by NyZim on December 20, 2021 - 9:47am

Recently downloaded an update to Puzzle Collection Portable from a seldomly used thumbdrive on a Windows 7 Home x86 OS. The only noticeable chnage appears to be a larger game selection screen with more detailed graphics and clicking on the games to play one does nothing now.

Setting Windows $HOME and or %APPDATA% paths in FreecivPortable.ini

Submitted by port-trainee on August 30, 2020 - 8:23pm

- hi everyone from a long time user, first time poster and shout out to @dagardner for PAL packaging Freeciv

I'm trying to figure out $HOME and %APPDATA% variables for Freeciv while switching between Win 7 and 10 laptops and believe the issue is related to the .ini settings for that particular app hence this post in this subforum. My apologies if mistaken.

[Fixed] BYOND Portable writes to C:\Users\User\Documents\BYOND by default

Submitted by Manfriend on August 4, 2018 - 2:48pm

BYOND Portable writes to C:\Users\User\Documents\BYOND when executed for the first time. This is the default location where BYOND stores all user configuration information and "my hub" (game/library) downloads. The only easy way to change this location is by using BYOND.exe to change BYOND preferences.
