32 or 64 bit?

I am trying to learn how to create a personal desktop, 64bit version of MiniTool Partition Wizard into a portable version of the very same program. I need some assistance.

Hi, since the last plattform update the menu opens on the correct monitor on one machine, but on the wrong on another. I investigated and found, that the LastMonitor setting is shared between machines. If there are differences with the amount of monitors or just their numbering of the graphics card this will open the menu on an unwanted screen.
Would it be possible to change this setting per machine, so it remembers the correct monitor for each one, or alternatively a possibility to disable this setting?

must be this version. newer version not work under windows 7.

this version from brave (download link) from github is half portable version. i can start it without instalation. but on other computer i los all my setting and synch code.
