GPGShutdown complains about non-portable Firefox

Submitted by Philippe23 on January 2, 2020 - 8:03pm

I have Portable Thunderbird (60.9.1) installed with GPG Portable (2.2.19) installed into the ...\App\gpg\ subfolder of Thunderbird Portable.

This is somewhat recent, perhaps the last month or so.

Dialog looks like:

=======================================
GPG Shutdown | PortableApps.com [X]
--------------------------------------------------------------------

C:\Program Files (x86\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe

New Key import problem, not sure if it is enigmail or gpg problem

Submitted by crollinsphoto on December 9, 2019 - 3:43pm

The new ECC cv and ed 25519 keys I created with Kleopatra work fine in my laptop but when using portable thunderbird with the portable gpg installed, those new keys are not being imported. There is no error or anything, they don't get imported and nothing else happens. Is it something I am doing or something wrong in the portable of something? Is there something I need to do that I am not doing?

Thank you.

Wiping with Eraser

Submitted by CraigS on June 8, 2019 - 11:08am

I tried to wipe free space with Eraser.

Information:
Statistics:
Erased area = 0 bytes
Cluster tips = 0 bytes
Data written = 0 bytes
Write time = 0.00 s
Failures:
Error: Erasing the Free Space of a drive requires elevation
Error: Erasing the Free Space of a drive requires elevation

What does that mean? I already have administrative privileges on Windows 10.
