I have the same issue (but with the above version) PClough described on July 31, 2018:

A second pop-up window claims this might be a windows issue and rebooting might help. I does not!

Been released at the developers website since September 2018. Has a bug fix I need. Thanks for all the support otherwise.

Can I install MalwareBytes and Linux Mint onto my portable app?

The EEK does not close properly.
When i click on the X to close it, it seems to close, but the processes stay active. No window, no tray icon, nothing to indicate it is still active, not even in task manager applications tab, but the processes are still there.
Until the processes are manually ended, EEK can't be opened and then it says it wasn't properly closed, which is true.

first of all I am happy to see that KeePassPro is now available on portableApps! I wanted to do the switch but I am missing a key feature.

I have some batch scripts that call KeePass with command line arguments. If an instance is running already, the arguments should be passed to that running instance. This works with the original KeePass as expected however it does not work with the portableApps version. Command line arguments are passed to the instance only when it is not running in the background yet. This is a showstopper for me. Could you please fix that?

PortableApps has recently released its first ever .NET supported PortableApp, KeepAss v2. However, despite proven otherwise, it keeps calling it "KeePass Pro Password Safe Portable 2" or "KeePass Professional Password Safe Portable".

Reverting to the previous version using a backup resolved the problem. So this one must have some problem.

Have been trying all day to update to the latest version of Stinger (12.1.0.2908), released on 6-13-18, and the download keeps failing. Tried to update using the updater in the PortableApps Platform, and via manual download of the installer. Both indicate that they fail to download.

Platform Updater states, "Download Error: File Not Found (404) on file..."
Standalone updater: "The installer was unable to download Stinger. ... (ERROR: SendRequest Error)

Startup Sentinel accesses internet on initial load. Perhaps checking for version update. Shouldn't this be turned off by default?
