Portable App Development

I think I have found a bug with "sPortable".

I downloaded the latest version (7.35.0.101) and installed to the root drive C:\ of a freshly installed Windows 7 64-bit. When I tried to run it a dialog box says "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer."

I'm trying to run MobaXterm Portable with my own MobaXTerm.ini configuration file. I've made a lot of test and I can't find what's going wrong.
I have this in MobaXterm.ini file withing the Launcher folder:

[Launch]
ProgramExecutable=MobaXTerm\MobaXterm_Personal_10.2.exe
CommandLineArguments='-i %PAL:DataDir%\MobaXTerm.ini'

I've tried with ", ', nothing, '",
Nothing works. Any help?

I make a java application portable with PortableApps.comLauncher
The structure is the follow :
+Base Portable Dir
|---CommonFiles (here java)
|---MyApp
|--MyApp.exe
|--Etc ...

I wan to change to this way:

MyApp
|---CommonFiles (here java)
|--MyApp.exe
|--Etc ...

It is posible?

I'm looking to develop a video app that streams and downloads content, but I'm not sure about the security protocols with regards to protecting the downloaded content from being copied/transferred to another hard drive. Does anyone have any insights about as how to proceed? Thanks.

IOBit Unistaller leaves unwanted Traces:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\IObit\IObit Uninstaller"
and "C:\ProgramData\IObit\IObitLiveUpdate"

I delete them manually, but the following time I run Uninstaller, they appear again.
Is it possible to repair this?

Hello,

i want to use RegistryValueWrite in the launcher.ini. The first value includes an equality sign. So the registry entry is set wrong because
the launcher is interpreting all after the equality sign as the second value.
How can i use a = in RegistryValueWrite and tell the launcher to ignore it?
