[Fixed] Skype Portable 6.10.0.104 images missing from login screen on Windows XP SP3

Skype Portable's current build doesn't correctly show the images on the login screen when run under Windows XP. It does work correctly on Windows 7. Skype's local locations for where the images should be stored was likely changed again. I am researching a fix as I have time.

I am using XP SP3, on an AD setup as an Admin, P4, 2GB ram, 2 vid cards (NVIDIA GeForce 8400). I upgraded Skype to the current version via the app upgrade and when i relaunched it, it took 14 minutes to get logged in. I am not the only one this has happened to. On the same type of systems, other people were having the exact same issue. Very slow to load and it looks like there are "page loading" issues like the kind where you would like to clear the cookies and cache to force a reload. I backed off the new version and installed the older version and it worked fine.
