Spanish Help Needed - Toucan

As you may know I have had three sets of translations for Spanish in Toucan, not being a Spanish speaker myself I have no way of knowing which set is best, but it was suggested that I put them all up and let you, the users, choose, so here they are.

You will need a copy of poEdit installed. You can get all three of the po files here they are in the file called Spanish.zip

Any feedback as to which set is best, or a combination, would be most appreciated.

How about a thread that lists all apps that have been previously requested and can't be made portable for one reason or another. This may make it less likely for new members to re-request apps.

Anyone who could assist in the compilation of this list could do so, if this idea were to be enacted.

Options Menu....

I was looking at the theme tutorial, and have done a bit of searching on the site, but i am surprised to find that,

My options button in PAM only gives me :

Small/Large Fonts
Install new app
Refresh Apps
Get more apps
Language

While other option buttons have many options, check out this link

How do I make mine like that, when I have Beta 4 R30 already?

encrypted messenger with support for offline messages?

Submitted by jps on March 27, 2008 - 1:16pm

We are currently using Pidgin Portable with OTR Portable which works great. It only lacks an important feature: sending messages while the correspondent is offline (normally it works with jabber without any problems but the encryption plugins do not support this).

Psi with OpenPGP also works very well but does not support portable use together with OpenPGP.

Hi,

I have already searched, but did not find what i was looking for.

I have the latest beta version and its great, but ive read that you can make it start in other places, like the upperright corner.
It says to put a new line in
"portableapps.ini"

I don't have this file/folder, but have hunted for it and havent found it. any help would be appreciated,

cheers

KlipFolio Widget

Submitted by Wookie on March 26, 2008 - 11:24am

Hi

I hope this is ok. I just thought I'd advise people that if they use KlipFolio then I have whipped up a klip for the PortableApps 'What's New' RSS feed.

I know that any RSS reader in KlipFolio can handle this but I wanted to try my hand at making one up and PortableApps screamed at me as I use it all the time, and I have KlipFolio running on my USB drive too.

Maybe someone cleverer than me might be able to shoe-horn KlipFolio into the PortableApps structure by I don't think their code is open.

Anyway, the clip can be found here if you're interested.
