This is a merge of my installer code into John's Installer. It looks ok for me but requires broader testing, so here you go.

I had to tweak a few lines in the installer itself to get component selection working like my own installer, and the actual install process of installing Chrome and copying the profile etc is the same as in the previous installer I used.

As for new features in the installer itself, I don't really have any except that I updated the download links in the installer to the latest Chrome versions.

The new beta release of PNotes 4.7.100 is ready for testing.

There are no new features, it deals with fixing bug only:
1. Choosing "Empty recycle bin" on pop-up menu deletes all notes (baggio1987)
2. Alt+F4 closes note (baggio1987)
3. The "On Top" menu item becomes disable after docking (rickytbf)
4. Notes don't appear in front after applying "Show All" if there is no any hidden note (rickytbf)
5. Added thin border for skinless notes (rickytbf)
