I've just posted a pre-release of Firefox Portable 3.0.11.1 Revision 2. This has a fix for the SFTP cache issue mentioned here.

BUG BACKGROUND: If you use SFTP, it prompts you to cache the key in the registry on first connection to a new server. Until now, we've been telling people not to cache keys. But, some people don't know and do anyway.

FIX: The registry key is now saved and restored.
