Does anybody know of a free and/or Open Source application that can view/edit files with the .eps (vector image) extension? I was sent some files formatted in this file type and am not sure what to do with them. Please advise, thanks!

Hi all,
I'm interested in learning code, but am not sure which language to start with. (C, C+, C++, Pascal, Delphi, Etc.)
Which type of programming language is best for someone who is completely new and unexperienced? (I also don't want to learn something that will become obsolete in a year from now.)
Thanks a lot, you guys are totally awesome.
I was flippin' though the Best Buy ads this past weekend when I saw an ad for a SanDisk Cruzer "enhanced with ReadyBoost". At first I though it was the replacement for U3, so this morning I went to find out a bit more about it and this is what I found. Any Comments?
I'm looking for a neat freeware program that will measure the amount of time you are connected via DSL and dial up. Also lists amount uploaded and downloaded. This is done by day, week, and month. Something similar to DU Meter (www.dumeter.com). I've been using DU Meter, but it will give me everything but for the connection time for the DSL mode. Thanks!
why?!? no one uses it! so once again, why do we all complain about people not "searching before posting"?

So, I went to the Library, cause I'm cool like that. And it's like "Internet", so I'm like, sweet. I sat down, I clicked on the little "Applications and Internet" button, and it logged me into a profile. I notice the Windows theme is different, thinking, hmm, that's odd, I library using custom themes. Then I see click the "Start Here" (Menu) button. It brings up the program list.
OpenOffice.org writer, no way, that's sweet I think.
