Any network/security software portable?

My old USB Key DISKGO had a small utility (SecureGuard)
that locked the partition and required a password to
unlock and read the Drive/Key. It was not Encryption
software like TrueCrypt...
Unfortunately I didn't research my new drive (Corsair Voyager GT)
enough...It came with FREEWARE TrueCrypt...I don't want encryption
software and I don't want to either have to load the program on
a PC (requiring to be ADMIN) or to use Travel Mode (Also requiring
PC Admin rights)...

This software is not free, but it's pretty cheap and already installable on a USB Stick.
Would love to see it integrated with PortableApps.

Alternatively, if there is already a password manager built, in that might be great as well, but I did not see it in the list of supported apps.
This software is not free, but it's pretty cheap - I think around $30.
In version 8 of Rapid PHP, they added a capability to install it to a USB Stick.
I would like to see the ability to add this to the PortableApps menu, even though you would need to buy the RapidPHP sofware separately. Perhaps similarly to how XAMPP needs to added to the menu separately after it is installed.
Have used this as an alternative to XAMMP and would love to have it as an option.
Please
GIMP is actually awful to use, terrible non-intuitive interface.
please could we have an alternative?
eg: Paint.net
which has layers and quite easy for me to teach newbies to use.
they can't use GIMP and give up.
BTW, I am a Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro user and teacher,
please trust me on this.
If any of you could make Little Fighter 2 Portable it would be awesome.
I tried myself.. but im too much of a noob to use Nsis i guess...
you can get this awesome freeware fighting game on lf2.net
Hi together, I'm using along time PortableThunderbird. But it's 32bit and I use a 64bit machine. I know nothing about porting a app to a portable app, but... I think/hope that it is no so difficult. So please could someone port the thunderbird64 version to ThunderbirdPortable64 ??
Thanks alot
Harvey
It'd be cool to see a portable key-logger, so I could record key strokes on the computer I'm on to see if someone used it when I walked away of something. I don't want to leave it on there and then walk away and watch everyone's key strokes or anything, just from my flash drive.
