Reguested Application.
How about a portable slide show application similar to Slide Show Pilot.
With similar features such as:
Most image file formats,
Create auto run CD/DVD album for PC and players (watch through TV).
Create .exe show
Create HTML Web galleries
Transitions
Add sound and music
And any other features that you wizards can think of.
And of course open source.
All on a USB stick.
I've seen a couple out there, but I can't find them anymore.
Ie, an app that shreads files based on nsa settings(would be nice if it would wack folders too) and also, something to erase windows history tracks. Example, I checked my bank balance at work. I don't want my login information anyplace, anywhere, anyhow.
Thanks in advance.

"Chandler is an interpersonal information manager that adapts to your changing needs."
Considering the lack of "good" portable calendar applications out there that syncronize with external calendar solutions like Google or Outlook, I think the implmentation of a Portable Chandler would be a good way to go.
The calendar system situation right now is at an odd place because there are just so many different solutions you could use and they all don't really syncronize nicely between one another. Google and Apple have made huge progress with the iCal standard, but those are the only two that really come to mind. Since Chandler is an open-source, cross-platform, solution, it should, in time, harness all different solutions around (including syncronizing with different iCal accounts).
I'd like to be able to run BOINC on systems where I do not have administrator's rights or which I use only from time to time. Could you consider to do a portable version of BOINC ? http://boinc.berkeley.edu/
