Firefox Portable

Bookmarks

Hello, here I am again after a while without any problems...

I use FF3 portable (great!) for 3 weeks now and have a problem with my big bookmark list (3000 and more). In FF2 I tagged all my bookmarks using the addon "enhanced bookmark search". I used the field "keywords" and not the field "tags" to assign my search words. This addon doesn't work in FF3, so I can't search in my list now, because FF3 only allows to search by tags, I understood.

So I have a few questions:

1. Is it possible to get all my keywords copied or tranferred to the tag-field?

Installing FF3 on PAP

Ok I would like to know if I am able to have in instances of Firefox on my Portable Apps Platform?

I already have FF2 on it and would like to put FF3 on it. There are a few add-on's that FF3 still dosen't have so that is why I still FF2 around.

I have no intention of running both at the same time either.

What affects portability?

I use Mozilla products. (Firefox and Thunderbird) but their portable versions so i can have everything gathered to a folder.

Anyway what i would like to know is what affects portability,in case i decide to take them on flash drive and use them on an internet cafe.

For example I've set them both as default programs.Firefox for browsing and Thunderbird for mail.Is that information stored on the programs or is there a record made in the registry for the portable instances?

Replacing Bookmarks

With FF2 I just used to grab my Bookmarks.html and drag it from one FF folder to the appropriate folder in my new FF folder, and there were my bookmarks, no need to do the messy importing thing. Well not so in FF3! It doesn't matter which Bookmarks.html I replace, my bookmarks never show up in my browser. Isn't there a way to do with FF3 what I used to do with FF2?
